    Syntax
    public long seek(

   SeekOrigin origin
)

    Parameters

    offset
    A byte offset relative to the origin parameter.
    origin
    A value of type SeekOrigin indicating the reference point used to obtain the new position.

    Return Value

    The new position within the current stream.
